    Ticket support- Senior Admin?

    Our ticket was passed to Senior Admin for resolution, and it hasn't been assigned/looked at in almost 4 hours now. The issue is serious and we have a few hundred really upset site members, and we have nothing to tell them other than our server company is lagging as usual in the support department.

    Still no word, the ticket sits without reply or assignment. What do we need to do to get the issue looked at?

    Hi,

    It takes time to do a partial restore for just one table on an InnoDB database. Your database is also 2.2Gb.
    I do work for JaguarPC. If you do need help please provide your ticket number (this isn't sensitive information).
