    Face many problems with no solutions jaguarpc.com

    Hello

    We are always facing problems with servers jaguarpc.com

    As well as facing a very, very big problems with technical support and lack of response

    When there is a problem thrown at the customer's responsibility to drain money without providing good service


    Does anyone expect that the sites remain unemployed for a period of two days of waiting for technical support?

    No fast response only after hours

    Then threw a question and go and come back hours
    And then also cast a question and go

    This already is unbearable with the Alrh already made promises to improve the technical support but to no avail

    I already type here and I can not communicate with them
    Sites parked every day a new problem and we pay the new funds

    However there is no response

    Is there a solution to this dilemma?

    Have you opened a support ticket from your client dashboard? If yes do you have the ticket ID we can look up with details of the issues you are talking about here?

    I do not see any problem from out staff on this ticket. They even went ahead and waived the backup restoration fee to restore the website. The next item on your request on the ticket is to get the database restored as well and techs will do it asap.

    You have full control of how you set and store your passwords and if hackers get access to it and delete files via ftp the end user will suffer and we all acknowledge and understand that. The problem you faced was your responsibility being the admin of the site and now you need to figure out how they got access to your passwords. There is nothing in the world we can do to stop that from happening as it is not in our control. We do not even have access to your password.

    Our techs are helping you to restore the site. Please follow up with them and if there is anything else remaining that is not handled properly let us know.

    The restoration task is already queued from the backup server. Due to some high priority system level restores it will take some time. We will keep you updated in the ticket.

    We do not delay support requests for any reason whatsover. The techs are, and have been working on your issue. These types of issues take time to resolve, they can not be taken care of with one or two replies to a ticket.
