Does anyone expect that the sites remain unemployed for a period of two days of waiting for technical support?
No fast response only after hours
Then threw a question and go and come back hours
And then also cast a question and go
This already is unbearable with the Alrh already made promises to improve the technical support but to no avail

Is there a solution to this dilemma?
