    Almost 2 hours, recent times fallen was more than running the server. This time was disable by you because the server has a intensive load but i lost of my visit by the more than 30 hours that the server down and i dont touch anything with the fear of it falling back. Should not they ask first? the problem is sure to have unistall CSF by you but i lost money the client

    i am not happy with the customer service, you down the server and you dont know why, i lost 2/3 of regualr visitor and money for the downs in the past weeks and now block my site for a increse of number of visitors? which visitors? are no longer any. The problem is that every week has a new trouble and dont do anything to solve and provide a better service (2 hours waiting for a confusion)

    According You, i should be optimized the database for not to overload the server, but i did yesterday.
    How can it be overload if i didnt modify my script and I had 4 times more visits and never a problem and optimize yesterday before the overload of the server?
    Now its down again and without a explain

    Your server is not down. It is up and running. We are working on the load issue and will update your ticket shortly.
