This is a discussion on Sitebuilder is Free with Plesk Unlimited Licenses but I have been charged in the VPS & Dedicated forum
I just discovered a fact which is shocking with reference to Ticket ID:13414305 I had placed the order with my Windows VPS for Plesk Control ...

    Post Sitebuilder is Free with Plesk Unlimited Licenses but I have been charged

    I just discovered a fact which is shocking with reference to Ticket ID:13414305

    I had placed the order with my Windows VPS for Plesk Control unlimited licenses and I have just found out that I am entitled to get the below free from the Parallel's website:

    1. Fully integrated billing and customer management (free with Plesk Unlimited licenses)

    2. Intuitive and modern SiteBuilder (free with Parallels Plesk Panel Unlimited licenses)

    My Question is why I have been charged USD 20 per month for Site Builder which is actually Free and why I don't have access to Customer and Billing Management Software which is also Free for my Windows VPS with Unlimited site licenses of Plesk Control Panel.

    All of these features are clearly highlighted on the Parallel's website (screenshot is also attached):

    Can you revert the charges and enable Customer and Billing Management Software and SiteBuilder free as I am entitled for the same.

    Why are you asking forum members to do this for you, rather than JaguarPC by way of a ticket?

    I have already opened the tkt as mentioned in my updat and posted it here in case Jaguar PC Team is looking at forum.

    Are you assuming that the forums get higher priority than the ticket system? Or are you happy for whoever might be working on your ticket to be spending their time browsing the forums instead?

    Hi Rohit,
    I just replied to your other thread Plesk Sitebuiler installed on my Windows VPS is having less features
    I will reply to your ticket now.

    Unhappy Ticket has been opened - Escalated it as well but is unanswered for hours

    As you have noted that ticket is with Sales/Billing department. Today being Monday, CS department is extremely busy responding to the tickets from the weekend. Hopefully they will get back to you by end of business hours today. We are working on extending the CS hours to 24/7 so that we can avoid these delays over the weekend and Monday. The hiring is in progress of new CS staff and they will start training and working this week.

    We are currently training two new Customer Service Reps. More will be hired in the coming weeks, as we move to 24/7. I will make sure that someone gets a look at your ticket.
