Well, when I first signed up with them, they transferred all my domains, files, settings, all over Flawlessly. I had no downtime and everything was great. Since then, any time I have needed support, they were fast, responsive and awesome. I never had any reliability issues, and everything I have dealt with was friendly, informative and helpful. I have dealt with multiple Hosting companies, and never had the great support that Jaguar has offered me consistently. I am a very satisfied client.
Honestly my service has been ultra reliable on my VPS, and it has been a few months since I needed anything. The last time I needed something was for some software updating, and they took care of it and everything was flawless.
Hey Ron, I looked and saw that you have some issues with speed, and I hope they get resolved. Not directing this towards you, but it is just odd:
Am I not allowed to voice my experience and satisfaction? It seems the only posts that are accepted in these forums is if you have a gripe or complaint. The moment you post a compliment people start attacking or questioning why you are happy.
Unbelieveable.
LOL. I have always had a good experience, and the sales and support were always professional to me.

You can't start a two-sentence with "Hey Ron" and end it with "Not directing this towards you", and be taken seriously, can you?
Of course you can come and cheerlead. It just usually happens when something good has recently occurred, and not as part of bashing someone (or just random, not-directed-towards-you unidentified people) in a two-month-old thread who had a real problem at the time.
Feel free to defend JAG, Lord knows I've done my fair share of it. They have been a great company for the ten years I've been here.
Ron,
my point is, the moment I made the post that I am a satisfied customer, you jumped in and were diagnosing why I could be happy? And what made me happy?
Why do that? Why start picking apart a person that voices a compliment?
That is my only issue.
I am a totally satisifed customer. Most companies have thousands of satisfied customers. Nobody takes the time to write positive things, you only read about the bad things.
Awesome, thanks for the praise. Its true, clients generally only speak out when something isnt working right. If we could somehow motivate people to leave reviews all over the net for us when they are going right it would be a game changer.

Really? Let's look at it the other way around, and just reverse the emotions.
Don't you think if a person started to rant negatively about JAG for no particular reason that I would hop in and ask the same (inverted) questions like: "What happened?" and "What did they do wrong?" and "Why are you so unhappy?"
(Never mind if they did it in an old thread where someone was praising JAG.)
I think your unhappiness about my response is your frame of reference, not mine.
But hey, I could be wrong.
Actually, Ron, I will tell you why I am so happy with Jaguar, and maybe you will see the real life empathetic and superior customer service they offer.
I had Godaddy for years, and had nothing but problems. I run a small IT/computer repair business that I host multiple websites for clients. My family rely on this business to survive, but business has suffered due to economy a bit, so I turned it to a part time business while I took on a full time job.
I had nothing but problems with Godaddy. I didn't have a huge amount of experience with setting up servers at the time either. So I started to contact different hosting companies because Godaddy was not working or reliable any more and their support was horrible.
Godaddy doesn't have normal cpanel on their shared hosting, so none of the hosting companies would help me because it was not a normal or easy transfer. I was out of time, and I didn't have the time to make the change, and spend the countless hours transferring and setting up multiple domains, etc. My son, 11 at the time, was going in for heart surgery, so I had to put business on hold, but was panicking about my business site and clients.
Jim, at Jaguar, was the ONLY hosting company to offer personal assistance, ACTUALLY cared about the situation, and ACTUALLY stepped up and helped me.
I gave them all the access to my Godaddy account. They told me not to worry, take care of family.
I left my business and clients in their hands. Jim and his support team, transferred all my accounts, forum, directory, client domains, all over, set everything up and had me live, with absolutely NO DOWN TIME, and not even 1 hiccup.
I was absolutely amazed and floored by the level of CARE, and personalized customer service.
This is something that is very rare today. Since I have been with Jaguar, I have had 100% reliable service, a very fast VPS, and any time I needed support, they got back to me and always were friendly, professional, and resolved the issue.
For that, I am thankful.

It is real. I don't like advertising my personal life/family, but in this case, now you can see the bigger picture.
Thanks.
