FFMPEG issues and tech can't fix

I opened a ticket over a week ago about scripts noting being able to use or see FFMPEG that is installed on my server.

(If staff want to know the ticket its 13439418)

Any way this is one of the reply I said in the ticket and I was wondering if any one has any ideas why this is happening (Removed some details for security reasons):

I am sorry but scripts on server.tlchs3.co.uk still can not utilise FFMPEG still.

I have uploaded 2 screen shots of 2 dolphin installs on server.tlchs2.co.uk and server.tlchs3.co.uk of the ffmpeg results.

    Attachments:

server.tlchs2.co.uk correct - this is a screen shot of dolphin report box for ffmpeg on server.tlchs2.co.uk and this is working correctly.

    server.tlchs2.co.uk correct.jpg

server.tlchs3.co.uk incorrect - is a screen shot of the dolphin report box for ffmpeg on server.tlchs3.co.uk and as you can see it can not see ffmpeg at all and this is the same for all video uploading scripts.

    server.tlchs3.co.uk incorrect.jpg

On server.tlchs2.co.uk as you can see it is working fine on dolphin and all scripts. Where as on server.tlchs3.co.uk the result box has nothing and no one can upload videos.

I have installed boonex dolphin on server.tlchs3.co.uk for you to check your self.

And here is a install of dolphin on server.tlchs2.co.uk that is working fine ans shows that ffmpeg is working fine.

This is to prove that it is a server issue and that it is isolated to server.tlchs3.co.uk and not a script issue.

Ok thank you, I would really like to know what the problem and why it took me 4 times of repeating my self and explaining what the problem was before this issue was fixed. It's not good customer service.
