You may have internet connection problems at your home/office. Jag's site has never had connect problems for me, and I have a VPS through JAG and it has been 100% fast and reliable.

I can tell you this from knowing many people that switched to Jag from Hostgator, you definitely stepped up to a better hosting company. Hostgator is known for way overselling there servers, and slow connections is what drives most of their clients to switch to other providers.

So before you throw mud on Jag, make sure you put a support ticket in to make sure that everything is ok with your service, but I can assure you, if you are having a connect problem with your site, and Jag's forum, there is a good chance the connect problem is on your end or you ISP.
