Anyone else seeing DNS issues and connectivity issues?
I opened a ticket with Support and was told (and this is a quote):
I am escalating your ticket to a higher level technician to assist you better with this issue. Please keep in mind that due to the ticket volumes, your ticket may not be answered right away. Thank you for your patience.
which to me just mean "canned response 101" with excuse "101". It is like the support folks thing that because the made their initial response with in 30 minutes, that it is OK to then not respond for hours and thus they have meet their LOS (level of service) with their initial response.
Anyone know that LOS they strive to achieve?
Needless to say, I sit and wait for a response, but have lowered my expectations and plan to loose the customer I was on the phone with when this problem started, sigh
And I have no patience, it was gone a long time ago
