    JPC tech support has been rather slow to respond these days. If you provide a little more info maybe the rest of us could be some assistance.

    I have noticed the same. Which is why I felt like jumping up and down while waving my hands.

    The issue was that a new IP that was assigned to the box would not respond to pings. Every other IP on the box would. It just so happens that my largest web design client was moved to this IP for their new site.

    I assumed that it was a firewall issue. But Anoop responded very effectively and had us back up and running. Thank you! He stated that he just readded the IP to the box and it worked fine.

    I would like to slip in the suggestion box that they add a tick mark option for tickets that says "Is your website down?".

    It is only Tuesday. Yet, that is honestly one of the best ideas that anyone has presented to me this week. It will be passed along the chain and into the hands of support.
