I am an customer with RZ for shared hosting server and have been communication with you for dedicated server. I have my annual subscription and have paid for the full year at RZ. Previously when I inquired with you whether you can consider my balance amount paid at RZ to pay for my dedicated server and also if the unused rewards from RZ can be used as I would discontinue my shared server. I got an reply saying
"We would be unable to accept your Reward points or outstanding balance from ResellerZoom towards a purchase here as they are a separate company."
that was acceptable to me not an issue.
I have a coupon code with me which would give me 25%off for lifetime as well 1month free. While I was trying to order last time I used the code it got validated and also showed the discount in my bill. Unfortunately I was not able to complete the order as your order form did not include Fully Managed Services option to be selected. I informed you regarding this. When I checked back you had included the option. The second time I tried to order again the order form was not getting processed it only showed processing. I again informed you regarding this.
Now the last time I tried to place an order the from worked fine. My coupon too got validated but my final bill did not include any discount. I assumed that your form would again be having issue. When I contacted your sales regarding this.
The first sales person said that the coupon is not for dedicated servers. I explained him that I had inquired with them regarding this when it was validated the first time I used and one of the sales person had confirmed me that the coupon is a lifetime discount on the base cost of the server. Then he asked me to put up a mail and he would updated me on the mail. I did so. Latter in the evening when I contacted sales to know the status of the ticket another sales person said that the coupon expired last month and cannot be used now. I told him that there was an issue with the form and so I was not able to complete the order and also informed them regarding this. He just replied to me saying that he cannot do anything regarding this as it is already expired.
I am getting a very unpleasant experience at JP. I chose to be with you is because I have been with your other company since 2007 and always had great experience.
