I have got a problem with my vps that goes down once every 24hrs
I already sent a ticket 13461424
I know that I had great support from Jag all the years I have been with them
Any ideas please

The most possible reason is that VPS have reached its memory limit and thus services are not responding

Yes that's what I was told so I am going to check my VPS and monitor it for the coming days and see if I need to upgrade
