Yeah, it's a great plugin. Makes a noticeable improvement in the speed of page loading and reduces memory quite a bit too.

I suggest running the pythonfix script it includes before running the install, since it prevents any issues with the install. That isn't well documented. It also takes up a bit of /tmp, so make sure you set up the /tmp cron it gives in the plugin page.

It's worth having if you want a faster loading site, but it does add some additional work load to make sure everything is running nicely.
