    Well I thought the problems I have been having were under control, got a phone call from one of my site sponsors today telling me that for the last 2 days they have been unable to access my site due to an 500 Internal Server Error.
    Turns out that each time WHM/Cpanel is performing the nightly update it is breaking my custom PHP build and reverting it to PHP 5.1.6 and completely breaking my site since it is designed to run on PHP 5.3.

    I am now sorry to say that I have now been left with no option but to cancel my JaguarPC account and move else, partly because I have experienced one server issue after the next and also because my sponsor is threatening to cease sponsorship of my site if my site isn't fully live by next Friday and I can't see that happening if I stay with JaguarPC.
