Greedo VPS down

I have been mnoving accounts from a different provider who was giving me a terrible VPS service to a VPS on Greedo.

I have arranged to have this vps upgraded to a hybrid plan and now the vps is offline and I have received no details of the hybrid plan

All the websites are unaccessible and all the customers who I have moved are pissed off because of the poor service they had been receiving now have yet more downtime
