I had hoped that after the catastrophe with lead.nocdirect.com any problems would now be over but it appears that this is not the case None ...

    More problems

    I had hoped that after the catastrophe with lead.nocdirect.com any problems would now be over but it appears that this is not the case

    None of my client's sites can receive email using Outlook. Using Webmail is fine, Outlook is not and it's the same problem for all sites. My clients are not very happy. They cannot be expected to access email using Webmail.

    I have put in support tickets in the hope that the support team would be able to fix this problem but they have not. Can anyone else help?

    Support is actively working with you to resolve the problems that you are experiencing. Level 3 is looking into the matter with you and providing the necessary suggestions and solutions to fix the problem. We have our best technical support staff assisting you. I am sure they will be able to find the root of the problem and fix it shortly. Please continue to work with them. Sometimes it is necessary to test a series of possible solutions in order to find the one that will permanently correct the problem. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    My first support request was at 05:38, I don't understand why it takes so long to get the problem resolved. My client's businesses are suffering as a result and there are only so many times that I can apologize to them for the inconvenience that this is causing them.
