I had hoped that after the catastrophe with lead.nocdirect.com any problems would now be over but it appears that this is not the case
None of my client's sites can receive email using Outlook. Using Webmail is fine, Outlook is not and it's the same problem for all sites. My clients are not very happy. They cannot be expected to access email using Webmail.
I have put in support tickets in the hope that the support team would be able to fix this problem but they have not. Can anyone else help?
