    WHMCS IP Monitor - Service Down

    I always get this for my dedicated server and then 15 min later the server starts working again. But now its more than 45 min my server is down. None of my sites are accessible.

    Why is my server down every alternate day?

    2.5 hrs passed server down. No ticket reply, nobody available on chat. Where are support techs?

    Hello Sabrina,

    It is very disappointing to say that my server was down for 4 hrs and your tech has replied to me 4hrs latter saying "everything seem to work well". I guess probably they are not even aware of what caused the issue.

    And yes your L1 Tech is 24/7 but with no much help then escalate ticket to higher level.

    All levels of technical support are available 24/7. The staffing might be a little lighter but there is always staff there to deal with top level issues. I apologize that more information was not relayed to you about the nature of your issue and the resolution. JaguarPC realizes that our clients would like to know more about what the issue was and what steps were taken to resolve the problem. We are always looking for ways to improve our service and more detailed replies are in the works for the future.
