phnetweb server down

I have just finished migrating a large number of websites, from a very poor provider with constant outages, to a new hybrid plan on phnetweb

I also had a very reliable vps plan with Jag and have migrated all these accounts, now phnetweb has gone down.

Now already phnetweb is suffering an outage, I thought hybrids would be more reliable as there are supposed to be only a few clients on them, please let me know what is going on, this will be the last straw for many of my customers

The server was rebooted and is being monitored.

I asked what the root cause was and there was no reply and now the server is down again

This node is hosting some high usage VPS. We are now monitoring it closely to identify the abuser. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I thought the whole point of paying more for a hybrid is that you get a server which has less usage

A Hybrid VPS is still a shared environment. While you have far fewer neighbors so there is less of a chance of issues, you still have neighbors and they can cause an issue with a server.
