can you stop the cancellation of my vps plan in ticket 13483787 there is no point switching from a reliable vps plan to an unreliable hybrid
The node is back online. It is now being monitored to identify the abuser overloading the server resources.

I just spoke to support and they said they have not identified the offender, but the server has been running smooth and is being monitored continually. So if anything reoccurs, they will be right on top of it.
If anything reoccurs? so in other words constant regular outages are ok with you, please confirm that my vps plan will not be cancelled so that I can move my accounts of this crappy hybrid,

Constant outages are not OK. They did find the abuser this morning and have upgraded the server to fix this. Sorry for any inconvenience. If there are any more issues for your account, please PM me and we can look into a possible move to another server.

Constant outages might not be ok but poor customer service seems to be acceptable, I upgraded to this more expensive hybrid plan 3 weeks ago and in that time there have been 4-5 outages, I have completely lost faith in your hybrid plans, they are centainly not worth any extra money -
I have been forced to move back to vps plans by your poor service and now your technical support want to charge me for the migration from this appalling hybrid plan
I have been a customer of yours since 2007, you should be showing good faith by refunding the money I paid for the hybrid plan not trying to profit from your own poor service, I certainly wont be recommending jaguarpc to anyone
