I see level 3 support is actively working with you to resolve your issue. I noticed on your technical support ticket that some adjustments have been made. They will review your ticket again shortly. We apologize for the wait.

Wow! What do you do on your website that makes you a huge amount of money within hours, I really need to get on that program!!!!

I have tried different ad revenues, but they don't add up to a lot.

Hope this is not your main customer support website. Imagine if site was offline and clients were looking for support ....?

Our main customer support resource is our ticket system. The forums are for sharing information, experiences and asking questions which other forum members may be able to answer. Please feel free to use the forums in this way yourself.

I'm not looking to pick a fight, but if having your website online is that valuable to you, maybe its time to look into redundancy solutions. In my "day job" I run the web hosting environment for a decent-size university. Our website is considered mission critical, so it needs to be up 24/7/365. To ensure that we use tripple-redundancy: three load-balanced web servers connected to a (double-redundant) SAN. I really need two servers to handle our load demands, the third server just ensures that I can take own down and still handle normal traffic--but even in the highly-unlikely event that we lost two servers at once, we'd still be online, though maybe a little slower than normal.

Even with all of that, we've still had situations where we've been completely down, albeit for short periods of time usually. It sucks when it happens, but that's a consequence of life with computers.

If your website really is that valuable, then you probably need to invest more than the $20-50 a month you're spending on hosting to keep it running.

What are you studs talking about?

I use Level 3 DNS servers. They have very low latency, and are very fast...

    Yes, it is slow significantly
Until they are up to 5 hours
    And sometimes to 3 days
