    Coming up

I won't give out any details or secrets just yet but those you in the market for a dedicated server should hold on to your wallets. We have a truly remarkable special coming up that will launch to help celebrate and market HostGUI. I do not have set release date yet so please do not inquire about that but I can say it will have free HostGUI and free setup along with a very affordable price.

Will HostGUI allow for resellers on Ded servers like WHM would?

HostGUI reseller abilities go far past that of WHM. We do not give reseller access to whm right now due to several vulnerabilities we discovered which pose a security risk to servers.

HostGUI will let resellers add sites, view/modiy features of each client, view your billing, and use the support ticket system we provide for you and your clients. We are also expanding the billing from interacting with your billing to letting you add your own billing setup for you and your clients. The auto setup script that ties into authrize.net will also be included for resellers to use. We are also setting up the themes for resellers to change them through the web for their clients in real time. HostGUI uses a custom clustering scheme to allow you to control all your sites no matter what server they are on in the cluster. Resellers can quickly change the look of the HostGUI theme for their clients by altering the header or footer for the theme. You can alter all the other files in theme for a more custom look but that requires a great deal of time.

Just to make sure I've read the colo page correctly..
HostGUI will be free for colo servers.
    Reboots are free??

If I have a colo server and a Dell service agreement and a drive (or other hardware) fails, how difficult is for the Dell tech to get to my machine?

Hey, bros! Let's do a 'group buy.' Whatta ya think? Say, 10 of us get together and 'buy' a dedicated server. That way we get away from all those mutts on the shared servers, and it won't cost us any more money per month...

Sorry, I negotiate labor contracts for a living. It's just the way my mind works, Greg. Great idea!

Not difficult, we have other clients with Dells as well. First line of defense can be to have us call your Dell rep and work the problem without them coming in. If they need to though its easy, we just escort them.
