Where is support? 1 hour my server is down and i have not even someone looking at it!

Ticket 13191201 is unanswered for 60 minutes. My VPS is down and noone is looking into my ticket.

My clients are starting worrrying because i have not even an answer to tell them.

Can someone look at my problem and help ?

UNfortunatelly this is the status of the problem : The server is back online after a reboot. All VPS's have been started.

My VPS is still down though!!! Can you please have a look at it ? Same ticket number.
