I don't know what happened to the support stuff ! Now every post i got replied after 3 or 4 hours ! I own 3 ...

    Support is becoming very bad !

    I don't know what happened to the support stuff !
    Now every post i got replied after 3 or 4 hours !
    I own 3 dedicated server some cases I open a real emergency ticket! and i got replied after a very long time ! from two weeks every reply was after 7 hours !!! is the 24/7 !??!
    now again my server down and unreachable and still refreshing the page hopping any of the support check it but no one :S

    I really don't like that
    your support lately become very bad !

    I do apologize for the delays that you have been facing. We are working on getting our support response times and quality back to where it was a few months ago. We should have the issues sorted out shortly.

    We recently lost a few staff members and still have found replacements yet which combined with current projects has left us a little short handed.
    I do work for JaguarPC. If you do need help please provide your ticket number (this isn't sensitive information).
