how to register a java script to start with apache?

I'm very sorry if this may sounds dumb (it really is), I have a java script (not javascript) that I want to start along side with apache (in case the server reboots itself etc i need this to be started as well). It's a solr search engine script, and I usually start it with java -jar start.jar

Any help/pointer will be greatly appreciated.
