The old IP address keep going, My host name updated.

I checked my host name in my account and it has been updated to my newest IP address but whenever I ping it the old IP address is still there. Why aren't servers update

Unless you want a general discussion on the topic (which some googling does better IMHO), I think you're best off opening a support ticket, so someone can look into it directly.
