    Remote Desktop Connection Problem

I'm frequently getting an error message when I login to remote desktop

The terminal server has exceeded the maximum number of connections allowed.

I've not give my login info to anybody.

Can anybody clarify why I'm getting this error?

This indicates that you aren't logging off from the Remote Desktop properly. When you want to close the session, make sure not to just close the remote desktop, but in the remote desktop go to Start -> Log off. If you do it like that, you will not get the error message when you log in next time.

If you are getting that error, the system will automatically clear the old session within 15 minutes, however if you keep getting the error simply contact our support department then our techs will clear the session for you.
