    Favorite Software?

I use as much software as the next guy (I think) and over the years I've found that our compatriots sometimes use different software for the same purposes we do. Sometimes better, sometimes not. So I'm going to list the software I use and what I use it for, if you use something different, tell me about it! If not, tell us why so we can learn too.

Interesting mixture of proggies -=- I use many of them myself!

In particular, I've always been a WinRAR advocate, but started running SecureZIP a few months ago and haven't looked back - even does RAR...

A few more proggies I couldn't do without: Kiwi Syslog Daemon (Syslog for Windows, e.g. the proggie MS forgot to add), phpMyAdmin (you know), Paint Shop Pro (graphics), Top Style Pro 3 (CSS)...

    RickWeb, just a warning:

PowerISO is a virus/trojan and truly fake software. These guys took the ISO format and compressed it and created their "own" format, which they charge money for.

They spread their software by forcing people to buy it because they download ISO images from torrent sites and reupload them as their own format.

Thanks for bumping this thread, thisisit3!

I started running a proggie a while back and like it so much that I've installed it on all my machines, sooooo...

I guess that qualifies it as "Favorite Software".
