    No support ?

    I have made a reuquest about a transfer from windows server 2008 (Vista) to Windows Server 2003 (XP), about 4 days ago.. a staff member told me that he passed my request to the right department.. i dont know which one, yesterday i opened a new support ticket, nobody responded to it.. what's the problem.. i can't either acces my old vps (windows server 2008 - the actual one..)

    It has been solved just after i posted this thnx but one question more.. how can I block an IP on every port in Windows Server 2003 ?
