How to access webmail behind a firewall?

How can I access webmail (on a shared account) behind a firewall? When I called up http://mydomain.com/webmail on janus there was automatically determined, if port 2095 is blocked by a firewall. Now on nickel I'm redirected to https://mydomain.com:2095 directly...

    thanks,
    Chris

    Hi [chris],

Please try webmail.mydomain.com if nickel has this setup correctly you will not be redirected to 2095. If not open a ticket and we'll look into it.
I do work for JaguarPC. If you do need help please provide your ticket number (this isn't sensitive information).

If I'm not active on the forum please open a ticket instead of PMing me. If you think the issue requires access to your server please open a ticket.
