Hi all - I'm a customer on praxeum and for the last 20 hours have been unable to receive mail (to any account on the domain). Mail sends from domain without issue.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I have a sev 1 ticket open (#13230059), but no real activity on it (since 8pm yesterday evening, when I opened it).
There is an impact to our business with no email being received. Please advise.
