    Unable to send Mail

    Hi all - I'm a customer on praxeum and for the last 20 hours have been unable to receive mail (to any account on the domain). Mail sends from domain without issue.

    Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I have a sev 1 ticket open (#13230059), but no real activity on it (since 8pm yesterday evening, when I opened it).

    There is an impact to our business with no email being received. Please advise.

    different day, similar problem

    Hi Martin, Thanks for your help previously...

    We seem to be having a similar problem since ~8:30pm yesterday evening (12/9).

    This time we can receive mail only from within our own domain. Any mail sent from outside our domain is not received.

    Again - not having much luck getting timely responses through ticketing (considering the ticket level and urgency to our business).
