    AtMail

I noticed atmail has been added to the available cpanel/webmail programs. I tried to check it out, but it just keeps trying to log in over & over. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Support doesn't seem to have an answer which makes me think somehow it's just me. I've tried a few different accounts, different computers, different browsers.

It just redirects to 3rdparty/atmailopen/index.php?error=auth, logs in, redirects there again. I'm using the full email address and password required to enter port 2095. All the other webmail programs are fine.

You probably should be using secure port 2096 unless you want to open your sever up to unauthorized persons...
    Good luck

Can you verify that it is only me so I can let my clients know about the new app?

Do you let your clients come in on :2095 too?

You do understand that usernames and passwords are passed around in the clear -plain ASCII text- when using port 2095?

    Just wondering.
    Good luck

Ya, it's pretty sick that they don't care about that... or that CPanel doesn't care. Or seemingly anyone but dweebs like me.
    Good luck

Well after a few days and cpanel support getting involved, problem solved. In case anyone else comes across this issue, it was caused by the atmail.db file not being created correctly in /etc/atmail

Can anyone suggest to me why we need a fourth email client in cPanel?
