We have had 4 separate occasions over the past 6 weeks where email has neither been sending or receiving. Each time the cause of the issue was that a file system had reached storage capacity.
What's going on over there? We've been a customer for 10 years and have as many tickets in 6 months as we have over the previous 9.5 years?
Really, filesystems reaching capacity? Over and over? Causing outages?
This is so basic. I'm so frustrated. I just don't get it.
