What is my login to the client area? Your client area (billing and support) login is separate from your FTP/cPanel login details. It cannot be the same because you can manage multiple accounts from the same client login. In fact, you can have billing and support for dedicated servers, vps, reseller accounts, backup services etc. from just one client login. The login detail is usually your domain name (without the http://www part). This is given to you in your welcome email at the time of signup.
